Writing Sample >>> The following is an unedited writing sample. This will help you to better understand Rigoberto's background, while also demonstrating his writing skills...
"My name is Rigoberto Ramirez, I am 30 years old, father of two, I am a mechatronic engineer.
For the last 4 years, I have worked for two different bilingual call centers here in Hermosillo. One of them called INTUGO, as floor supervisor for FCA Fiat Chrysler Automobiles, where a potential customer would summit their information about a car they liked, we would then call back the customer to set up an appointment at the dealership, so they could do a test drive and of course to see all of their different options.
I also worked at Ashesi Global Services for Polhman USA and Ontellus, both record retrieval companies, where we called hospitals or medical clinics to collect medical records from patients.
I consider myself more than capable for this VA position due to my past experiences, as well as my customer service skills and sales techniques."
