Schools under the guidance of the Department of Education are required by law to teach a personal safety curriculum each year. We have chosen to use Growing Up Strong and Safe. This curriculum is NOT sex education. It is designed to help young children develop information and skills to help prevent abuse of any kind.

Because there are certain areas that are not designed for the youngest children, we will follow the guidelines established by not including the three year olds for the lessons on private body parents and touch safety. The curriculum that we will use is available for you to view at any time, and your child's teacher will be glad to answer any of your questions.
