“My first job as a call center agent was with a well-known computer company. I supported customer concerns about their personal computer and fixed most of them over the phone. I also sold some computer parts to people who are interested in upgrading their computers. I worked there for a year.
My second job was also a TSR position for another well-known email company which also supports dial-up connections. I took care of the customers’ problems whenever they are unable to log in, send, or receive emails. I also offered software support and warranty to people who needed them. I worked with this company for more than 2 years.
The next one was with an IT company. I worked as a Helpdesk Analyst for a famous fast-food chain in the US. My main job is to make sure that their equipment, especially their POS systems, and accounting systems are working fine. We also made sure that every piece of equipment in their stores is working perfectly. I worked for the company for more than 2 years as well.
I, then, worked as a Spanish Bilingual Phone Operator for a startup company. I answered a lot of calls of people looking for phone number of companies, and other people that they need to get in touch with. It is a very straightforward job but I only worked there for 7 months because a better opportunity arrived.
My next job was with another famous media company. I worked as a Spanish Bilingual CSR for their company for almost 9 months. My main objective was to provide customer support for its subscribers, like checking for the current location of their packages, subscribing to their services, and a lot more. I was a fun job, but was cut off because of some problem travelling back to work due to the pandemic.
After these office jobs, I decided to get a home-based job. My first one was a TSR position for an
outdoor camera which was mainly used for hunting. It only lasted for 3 months because they only hire extra people during the hunting season. I also worked as a CSR for a home furnishing company. I mainly help people with their orders, especially tracking them whenever they fail to arrive on time. It only lasted for 3 months due to the number of its sales going down. Since then, I haven’t found a job. I am hoping that I can land a job with your company."
