"Currently, I am the MASTER TRAINER of a client focused on financial services under VXI Global Holdings Inc. My job as a master trainer covers all grounds from recruitment up to 90-days post their endorsement to training. As a master trainer, I am also in charge of securing and implementing new lines of business awarded to our company by the client. As of this time, I have successfully piloted 3 additional businesses for the company in a span of 3 years working for them.
On top of that, I work directly with my Training manager to identify new learning specialists fit for the role. I also need to certify the newly-identified trainers to ensure that their skills and performance are at par with client expectations. While I report directly to the program’s Training Manager, I also work in collaboration with many different stake holders. From the recruitment team, to facilities management, all the way to Operations.
Prior that, I was a Training Leader for Convergys supporting a technical support program. As the training lead, I handle a group of 12 trainers and the over-all in charge of the entire training department. This job exposed me to many new learnings starting from career development, to the recruitment process, instructional design, project management, and so much more. All the skills and talents I have now mostly come from this stint as a training leader.
Apart from talents I have developed, I understood the complexity of running a business and to ensure its success is far from easy. Ultimately, I learned that one must never be afraid to try and learn something new. I live by this because to me, you stop living when you stop learning."
