“In the last job that I had I spend 4 years with this company, the first three years I was a customer service/sales agent, I did inbound and outbound calls of anything related to customer service and sales, around 97% of the calls were in English, and I talked with any kind of customers, from relaxing and kind customers to upset and frustrated customers. Then in the last year I was promoted to a Supervisor position in charge of a 6 people team, I was in charge of their attendance, bonuses, and payroll, I also took the calls for difficult customers that they couldn ́t handle.
Before that I worked in a call center for more than a year, being promoted to an escalation department in the 7th month. I had a perfect attendance, a terrific percentage in QA, and a really good average handle time, I was a top performer that is why I got promoted. I had a lot of experience in customer service, and also in a Supervisor position, I can remain calm in a stressful situation, this is because my experience has thought me to not take personal anything on a call. I am dependable and honest, and I know I can do a god job due to I am looking a place so I can keep growing in it to make a long career.''
