“I have been working for an Australian-based company for almost 2 years now. I started off as part of their customer service team and moved up to an account manager for 3D Render projects. I would make phone calls, send emails, create formal quotes as well as do online presentations through Zoom or Microsoft Teams. I provide a very close relationship with most of our customers and make sure their jobs are submitted properly and also help out with any payment or invoice required.
I also did timeshare sales for a good year and a half. I started off talking to people on the phone and sending out emails to people interested in coming to visit our hotels and do the presentation to get them interested in the "vacation clubs" the hotel chain offered. I later moved on to selling the timeshare itself at the hotels instead of from the offices they had. It was pretty high-pressure work as you needed to actually sell the timeshare or vacation club to make any money.''
