    "My recent job was at Neighbor Storage (startup) based out of Lehi, Utah. I worked for the Growth Department. We used HubSpot (CRM) and just call as our dialer. As a member of the Growth Department, my duties were to have prospects publish and optimize their space on our website. This involved a lot of follow ups, empathy, updating CRM accurately and most importantly hitting weekly Metrics for our client. This was a work from home position. I loved the competitive environment as well as the opportunity to help our clients generate passive income.

    I also have a strong customer service background. I've worked customer service for Monitronics and Brighthouse Networks. Handling billing/technical issues/upset customer calls at a very high volume. This also included constantly updating our CRM, problem solving and providing the best customer service experience to all of our clients! I enjoyed working Customer Service because I enjoy helping others! I remember talking to angry customers but by applying empathy and a solution to their problem, 10 times out of 10 they would always end the call thanking me for my services and professionalism!

    Being a Customer Service/ Sales Rep is always a learning experience! I also have experience in Leadership roles. I was a Quality Assurance Analyst for Monitronics. While being a QA the company also gave me up training in leadership development and interview behavioral training."
