“My most recent job experience, which I still do, has been working as an independent contractor/freelance, bilingual, Medical Specialized Interpreter. I've doing this type of work since July of 2016. In this type of work, I assist different types of entities with their clients/customers/patients/parents or guardians of students, that do not speak the English language. Some of the entities include; government agencies, schools, auto insurance companies, utility service companies, emergency rooms, urgent care, general doctor's appointments, etc.

Previously to becoming a bilingual Medical Specialized Interpreter, I've worked with different call centers here locally in my town. On one occasion, I worked with an independent contractor for Dish and DirecTV satellite television service. I was in charge of calling customers to help them, figure out, how we could help them to continue with their satellite television service, because they would still have an ongoing contract. In order to avoid a penalty to the customer as well as my boss the contractor.

On another occasions, 3 different times to be exact, I've worked at a major call center here locally in my town. The first time I worked at the call center was back in 2011. For that campaign, which was actually DirecTV, their reps, once they assist customers with new contracts. They would transfer calls to us and we would assist those customers with any needs for internet and phone service. We would let them know what company was available in their area that would provide internet and/or phone service.

The second time I worked at the major call center, her locally in my town, in 2015-2016, I was a tech support agent for AT&T home internet service. We would troubleshoot the issues customers were experiencing and, in the event, we were unable to resolve the issue on our end, then we would schedule a technician to go out to their home to resolve it.

And the most recent time where I worked at the major call center here in my town, in 2019, I was a reservations agent for Avis/Budget car rental service. Customers would dial the 1-800 number and when the call would come in, we would assist the potential customer to reserve a vehicle to be picked up at an airport or any other location the customer was able to pick up."
