"Most of my experience as a VA is working with a Realtor in the US. My main role is to help them with writing new contracts for buyers and sellers and send it to clients for e-signature. Listing properties in MLS (multiple listing service), Zillow, Realtor.com and other online platforms. I create CMA or comparables for properties. Schedule a showing to a property for our clients. Review contracts for missing signatures or contracts. I also assist in communicating with title company or attorney in regards to a sale of the property.
I manage their lead's contact information in their CRM. I used different CRMs like Salesforce, Commission Inc, Infusionsoft, Boomtown. Real Estate Agencies have different CRM and sometimes an agent has a preferred software to work with. That is why I am introduced to different kinds of CRM. I have marketing experience as well. I create email campaigns using mailchimp and Infusionsoft. I also create social media posts for their new list."
