"My name is Michaelson Omega. I am a graduate of Bachelor of Science in Nursing but not a Nurse practitioner. I have been working for 8 years now in different campaigns from Customer Service, Technical Support, Data Entry, IT helpdesk and Virtual Assistant.
The first company that I worked with, was Taking You Forward and I worked as a Customer Service Representative/Technical Support for a year. The nature of the account is that, we offer optimization software and antivirus. Aside from that, we fix whatever issues they have on their computer as long as they have our yearly subscription.
The next company was Convergys and account was Time Warner Cable which is an Internet Service Provider. I was a Tier 2 Technical Support agent. I support customer who are having technical issues with their internet and fix it over the phone or dispatch a technician at their place. I worked there for more than 2 years.
The next company was Atos in which I was an IT help desk support. I worked there for more than 2 years. We support all employees on our account globally as long as they have issues on their IT and desktop needs. We have a broad range of support, wherein, we support networking issues, login issues, password reset, VPN issues, error messages, outage report and a lot more.
The next company was Education Migration Service Australia. I was the only Data Admin Specialist for all Education consultants. I process Student Visa online, I gather information from different websites, I call certain clients for product information and update our Salesforce database. I spent there for a year.
The last company that I worked with is a Virtual Assistant. I worked from home. I was a Technical Support agent for a Backup and Recovery Account. We support business clients for their backup and recovery needs. I ran client servers and check them daily. I recover system loss in case if their system crashes. I recover file/folder lost, just in case if it's no longer working.
