Step 1: Please complete the following form at least 2 weeks in advance.

After the SGA Office reviews your request with the Dean of Student Services and your advisor, you will receive an email notification regarding approval status of your requested event.

    All events must be canceled through the Student Life Office at least one (1) working day in advance. Cancellation through the Student Life Office is for information only, and does not cancel food service, faclities setup requests, or off-campus vendors.
