“My years of experience have prepared me well for this position. Customer service is one of the qualifications for this job; I spent 6 years working in a high-volume call center, answering customer calls, and identifying solutions. I've handled insurance claims, retail, pharmacy helpdesk, mobile retention. I have a clear understanding of what Customer Service is all about.
My previous work experience was with eCommerce, specifically with customer service. I was responsible for responding to customer inquiries through email, making sure that we have provided the correct resolution to every concern there is. With my Virtual Assistant experience. I am familiar with tools like HappyFox, Shopify, Zendesk, Richpanel, Brightpearl, LinkedIn, Slack, Google Calendar, Google Drive, Canva, Skype and Hubstaff.
I would love to bring customer service and email handling skills I learned there to this position. I honestly believe that my previous job experiences has prepared me for this position, and feel confident that I will handle the job, and achieve good results.
