"Hi! My Name is Vanessa, you can call me Vash that’s my nickname, I’m 31 years old, residing in Las Pinas City.
About my previous work experiences, I started working as an Agent way back 2006 in a BPO industry. Handled Inbound Customer Service campaigns, and mostly outbound sales like hard core selling, leads generation and appointment setting, I also have experienced in Collections and skip tracing. I’ve handled Healthcare, Financial and Telco campaigns with my previous companies.
I’ve been a Sales Coach, Trainer and Team Manager with my previous companies and mostly handled Sales and Collections campaign for US, UK and Australia.
My last company is an Australian based company handled leads generation campaigns, and appointment setting, I started as a Team Manager and after a few month I got promoted as Operations Manager wherein I handled all the sides of operations from recruitment, to training and quality and operations.
The past two years I decided to work as a freelancer in a Home-based as Virtual Assistant, Leads Generation Specialist and Appointment Setting Specialist.
