"I am an Order Manager with seven years of working experience in project management. I ensure timely completion and delivery of projects through close coordination with sales team, technicians, and customers. I make sure that customers are informed on the status of their requests to keep them on track. I have a great passion for learning new things to help improve my skills particularly in providing customer satisfaction.
Working as a project manager helped me to be more keen on details in every project that I handled and to be more adaptable to changes specifically on customers’ requests, so that I can provide efficient service to exceed their expectations. Time management is also one of the things that I learned which is important in my profession as an Order Manager. Processing of expedited orders taught me to work under pressure with less supervision.
