Resource Room Agreement
Club members requesting to use the Resource Room must be members of a currently chartered club.
Hours of use:
Mondays- Thursday 9am-8pm
The Resource Room is not for meetings but for preparing for campus events/programs and storage. However, clubs and ASPCC may use the Programs Room if all other rooms on campus are being used. To request a room on campus, email firstname.lastname@example.org
To request the Resource Room for meeting space, send a request to email@example.com, including dates for the entire current term. In the event that a club needs to make changes to scheduled times please send a second email.
ASPCC meetings have precedence over club meetings. If ASPCC must hold an emergency meeting, a club meeting may be relocated or set for another time/date. ASPCC will do its best to ensure this happens only on rare occasions and will assist the club in finding a new time and/or location at which to meet. All efforts will be made to notify clubs of schedule changes in advance of the meeting.
Tables, chairs, equipment, etc, must be restored to original arrangement/locations by conclusion of scheduled meeting time or event preparation.
Clubs will be held liable for any property which becomes damaged or missing during their scheduled time.
Food, beverages and crafts are allowed but must be disposed of or removed by the conclusion of scheduled time.
