"Having been in the BPO industry for three years, I was able to take my self-confidence to the next level, where I also honed my communication skills and active listening. With additional experience in working from home doing a variety of tasks for several clients, I have mastered the art of multi-tasking while making sure I deliver great results every single time. Altogether, they taught me to give value to my clients, to sure I exceed their expectations.
In March 2018, I decided to venture into the BPO industry right after earning my bachelor's degree. I became part of the pioneering wave of a telecommunications account. There I worked as a Customer Service Representative, became a Subject Matter Expert for a short while, and later on switched to being a Technical Support Representative where I was more needed. It was in June 2019 when I became part of a non-voice business line as an Email Support Specialist for cleaning and handyman services. While working at a call center, I also did freelance graphic designing. By November of the same year, I was again part of another telecommunications account. There I became a Retention Specialist. That was also the time when I started doing cold calling and appointment setting on a part-time basis. I was forced to leave the company in September (just a few months after I gave birth) because of the safety protocols being implemented everywhere due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Just around two weeks after the end of my employment in the last BPO company I worked for, I then shifted from part-time to full-time appointment setter for a real state company.
