"I started as Customer Service Representative in a BPO industry last 2018 in a company named Deliveroo, one of the top food delivery services in the UK. I served customer's complaints via calls, chats, and emails. Also catered riders when they can't find the customer's location and lastly, I did a simple troubleshooting for the mobile application in the restaurant. What I enjoyed about this job is that I loved the feeling when I am able to help a hungry customer.
My latest work experience was a Virtual Assistant with a Real Estate company in the US (Started May 2020 Homebased). I gather property information and set up appointments for our lead managers and property specialists. What I love about this one is that I was able to work at home, and had more time with my family."
