MFC Spring 2014 Tryouts / Roster Additions
ALL players (new and returning) must register below.

If you are already rostered you must register to let us know that you will be returning to MFC in the spring of 2014 and can attend tryout if you would like. These try-outs are specifically to add players to a roster for rosters that are in need or for spots that players will not be returning for the spring. Do not forget if you have a spot currently on a team you have that spot for spring 2014 and your participation is helpful for practice purposes, but not mandatory.
  • Please enter the name of the player you are sending a response for. (Please note that if you have multiple children playing you will need to submit a registration for each player.)
  • If you played on a MFC team during the fall 2013 season then select RETURNING PLAYER and choose if your player will be attending the tryout.
    If you did not play on a MFC team during the fall 2013 season then select NEW PLAYER.
  • Team practices are typically held early in 2014 once a week before the regular season at Fairmont State University. More information will be provided as information becomes available.

    u-8/9/10 Boys and Girls: Tuesday November 12th 4:30- 5:45pm
    u11/12 Boys and Girls: Wednesday November 13th 4:30-5:45pm
    u13/14/15 Boys and Girls: Thursday November 14th 4:30-5:45pm

  • Tryout Age Group Shirt Information:

    u8 - wear white shirt
    u9 - wear grey shirt
    u10 - wear black shirt
    u11 - wear white shirt
    u12 - wear grey shirt
    u13 - wear white shirt
    u14 - wear grey shirt
    u15 - wear black shirt

    Please use the following list to determine your players true age group based on their birthdate.

    U8 - August 1, 2005 - July 31, 2006
    U9 - August 1, 2004 - July 31, 2005
    U10 - August 1, 2003 - July 31, 2004
    U11 - August 1, 2002 - July 31, 2003
    U12 - August 1, 2001 - July 31, 2002
    U13 - August 1, 2000 - July 31, 2001
    U14 - August 1, 1999 - July 31, 2000
    U15 - August 1, 1998 - July 31, 1999
