"I did work as a VA for an Australian Client and it is a Naturopathy Clinic. What I did for them is I answer incoming calls for those customers who want to set and cancels the appointment, also for those who are inquiring about all the services that the clinic offer.
I also do outbound calls for those customers that already booked an appointment to give them reminders about the schedule. And I also make a bit of sales pitch for a new customer about our services.
Prior to that, I was a Sales Manager for two years and I was handling two Line of Businesses for a Business to Business campaign and it is a Sales Retention's account with Service Source.
I've been in the BPO industry for collectively 12 years now."
