    "I've been in the BPO industry for about 9 years from 2009 till 2018. I was with Transcom and Convergys/Concentrix which was the longest (6 years). I’ve handled the role of a Customer Service Representative/Technical support covering cable, internet, and phone services issues by doing basic trouble shooting. I also covered billing issues like processing payments, refunds, or adjustments. I also did set technician appointments for any issues that are not resolved after trouble shooting over the phone and upselling missing line of business (LOB) like customers who does not have cables, phone, or internet service/s yet.

    I start my freelance journey way back 2018 and that was with Bytes or now known as TBPO. I did cold calling for veterans or seniors regarding supplementary insurance and I was also under different campaigns such as willows and other more selling other medical equipment’s like CPAP machine, adult diapers and more. I was also a customer service representative under Bradford exchange, I attended to customer’s concern regarding bills such as payments and refunds. I also place orders, sell additional products, process replacement for lost/damage/incorrect items. I track orders and provide such information to the customer if it was sent via UPS/FedEx and give them the estimated time of delivery/arrival.

    The most recent role I had was a Customer Service Representative/Administrative Assistant with Colonial Distributing. They distribute wholesale grocery, tobacco and more to convenience stores acrros Florida. My responsibilities were to place orders done via the phone or sent via email and update orders like adding some more items as requested by the customer as long as it’s before it gets picked from the warehouse. Part of my responsibilities was also to combine in once invoice the cigarettes and groceries orders, I also track deliveries if requested by the customer and I also update customer information."
