"I have a BPO experience last 2019 and its was only two months because that was a seasonal account. It was a retailing account, Target to be exact. My previous job was a Market Researcher and it was almost a year. It is an outbound call and we do political survey and service satisfaction in the whole US. Handling an outbound call is quite challenging and it really tested my patience.
Working 13 hours a day feels like working on a normal office hours. I've encountered different types of people or respondent everyday. Not gonna lie there is pressure in my work because we have to reach a certain quota everyday. That pressure made me work on positive thinking. And I used that as a challenge everyday to learn and grow in my workplace.
I love being challenged. It gives me experiences, make me learn and help me to become wiser and stronger. "
