Chocolate Challenge
Open to Youth, Amateur and Professional Bakers
  • Rules: Chocolate of some form must be one of the main ingredients in each entry.

  • Amateur is defined as not deriving income from your cooking and baking efforts. Youth is defined as grades K-12. Each entry must be accompanied with the recipe. Prizes to be awarded.

  • Judging will be based on the following criteria: Overall appearance (25 points), Use of Chocolate (15 points), Creativity-appearance, ingredients, etc (10 points), and Flavor (50 points)

  • Registration and drop-off will take place in the Chocolate Challenge Area from 8:00am to 9:00am on Saturday, March 4, 2017

  • Youth and amateurs ... a $10.00 entry fee is due at the time of application submission. Professionals ... a $25 entry fee is due at the time of application submission.
