    "Hi I’m Gerry Herly David you can call me Gerry, I’ve been in a call center industry for more than 5 years.

    I started my BPO career as a customer service representativeInbound from Convergys now Concentrix I handled Time warner Cable account and now Spectrum Tv for 1 yr and half. Moved to C3 handled a Telco Account which was T-Mobile as a customer service representative for 6 months and promoted to mentor/Senior representative. I worked hand and hand with the training department. We supported trainees once they are on nesting. Our goal is to ensure that trainees are fully equipped before they will endorsed to production.

    As a Mentor we also have phone time hours maximum 4hrs in a day to ensure that are also aligned and updated about the products and services and most of all we won’t forget the call handling experience since we are taking supervisor call. After a year and half given the opportunity to be a part of C3 I moved to Teleperformance and took advantage the Supervisor role with the same account Telco Tmobile. I handled the Fundamentals Department and one of the Supervisors who handled trainees before endorsing to Production. After 2months of handling a different trainees I decided to have my own Team and handled 10 headcounts/Team of experts. 1 technical support and the rest customer service representative. I handled 90% of my people are newbies in a call center industry.

    Challenging but I am excited seeing their faces and motivation to get the Bonuses. I am proud to say that most of my people after 1 and half month working them hand and hand I am seeing their names who are earning more than their basic salary. Seeing their faces how happy they are after their hard work it makes me proud and always reminds them not to stop learning. Some of my co-supervisors asked what was my secret. I only said One thing. “ Know your people, Once you knew them you will know what will be the best for them and things will follow”. .''
