  • Note Regarding Standard Fees for Mission Control:

    There are several Boundless technologies that are considered standard or self-service technologies that incur no fees or recurring maintenance charges, if you manage them yourself. Examples of these include Portal Stores and GroupBuy. If you would like to utilize Mission Control to assist with building these solutions, there may be fees involved. Please reference the MC Services webpage for more details.

    For solutions that are not standard or self-service (licensed technologies), there may be initial technology implementation fees typically ranging from $2500 - $5000, depending on the complexity of the solution. An annual maintenance fee typically ranging from $1500 - $3000 may also be applicable.

    You may choose to cover these costs via commission deduction or invoice your client for them. All potential fees will be discussed during the initial opportunity evaluation with Mission Control. Examples of these generally include transactional online e-commerce type stores.
  • What happens after you submit your Opportunity Evaluation form?

    Once you submit your Opportunity Evaluation Form, a Mission Control team member will reach out to you to schedule an initial evaluation meeting. This meeting will be between you, as the sales professional on the account, and Mission Control to discuss the opportunity and potential solutions.

    This initial meeting is not intended to be client-facing as Mission Control cannot help design the right solution prior to speaking with you. Some discussion around fees, who will be paying for them, royalty rates for preferred partner solutions, and other non-client-friendly topics may also be discussed.

    Mission Control is happy to assist with doing a Capabilities Overview Demo, a Discovery Call, or a Solution Presentation, in many cases with a live demo, once next steps have been determined.
