"I have been in the BPO industry for 6 years. 2 years as a customer service representative, 2 years as a technical support representative, 1 year as a chat support representative, and 1 year as a lead generation specialist.
What I enjoyed about the the bpo industry is that it offers a promising career growth and opportunities. Plus it gives a great exposure globally. It is a most stable sector and a fast growing industry. Thats why i wanna put my career path in this industry
My skills are as follows:
Good in written and communication skills.
Expert in navigating tools like Google docs, google drive, google voice.
Expert in excel, spreadsheet, word
Little knowledge about enhancing photo.
Absorbing, sharing, and understanding information presented.
Communicating (whether by pen, mouth, etc.) in a way that others grasp.
Respecting others’ points of view through engagement and interest.
Using relevant knowledge, know-how, and skills to explain and clarify thoughts and ideas.
Listening to others when they communicate, asking questions to better understand.
