HVAC-Talk Professional Membership Application Form

This form is to be used for HVAC-Talk members to apply for Pro Technical and Pro Business & Management Membership Status.

PLEASE READ THIS BEFORE YOU PROCEED!!!

YOU MUST HAVE A MINIMUM OF 15 POSTS
  • Please enter your username EXACTLY as it appears on HVAC-Talk.

  • Indicate below which forum you are requesting access to. Choose ONLY ONE.
  • A minimum of 15 posts are required for Pro Technical Status and 30 posts are required for Business and Marketing.
  • Posts must be of a technical nature to be counted for Pro Membership. Frivolous or "Joy Posts" will be discounted and not considered.

    WARNING! If you do not have at least 15 posts your application will be discarded!
  • List your qualifications here and attached copies in the appropriate upload areas below.

  • Include a copy of your EPA 608 card or your country's equivalent refrigerant handling certification, if applicable.)
  • Include a copy of your business or occupational license.
    (For Pro Business applications only.)
  • If you are a student, please include a copy of your current student ID card, registration receipt or class schedule with your name indicated.
