“I started working eight years ago as a customer service representative in Sitel for a retail account. I handled inbound calls to help out customers to place their orders online. Since it's a seasonal account my contract only lasted for 4 months.
I then pursue a career related to what I took up back in college. I applied in a hotel for a room service position in Prince Plaza Hotel. I got promoted as a Food and Beverage Supervisor for two years.
I decided to commit more to set up my goals in life and enhance my knowledge, ability, and skills. I again apply to a BPO company and started as a customer service representative. During my employment, I handle different campaigns such as Retail, Sales, and Financial accounts. With hard work and perseverance, I got a shot to be part of our training team then handled a team as a coach.
In those roles, I can say that my major accomplishment is self-growth. I was able to build my confidence, hone my abilities and skills towards work, and share my knowledge with others."
