"My work experience includes working as an Intern Assistant Account Executive in a life insurance company. And as I graduated college, I became a Billing and Admin Assistant in a logistic company in which I enjoyed most of the tasks given to me regarding monitoring of accounts and providing assistance to the clients and department heads. After a year, I transferred to a publishing company as an Editorial Assistant wherein I do reviews, evaluations, proofreading, visualization, and conceptualization for Senior High School textbooks. I stayed there for a year and a half, but unfortunately a retrenchment occurred so they have to let go some of their best employees.
Recently, I became an Accounting Assistant in a franchising corporation with a main role of monitoring franchisee’s accounts and providing billing, reports, and then collecting amounts for their purchased supplies. From there, I got promoted to become a Purchasing Officer that is responsible for the monitoring of supplies inventory – its incoming and outgoing activities, purchase order management – from the preparation, processing up to its fulfillment, and vendor matching which evaluates reliable, cost-friendly, and obtaining best value product and continuously ensures that they comply with the company’s policies and procedures.
I believe I have the ability to multitask and be flexible to adapt well to the tasks assigned and work efficiently with less supervision. I am a servant leader that is patient and hard working with a great sense of responsibility and with critical-thinking skills and creativity. I’m a type of person that whatever job or duties and responsibilities given to me, I work diligently as much as possible in an excellent service. For me, satisfying the needs of the client in the best way possible is one of the most exciting parts which I do look forward to as a Virtual Assistant."
