"My experience in the BPO Industry has a total of 5 years. I have handled Life insurance Company for Sykes we handle customer inquiry, checking if they are eligible for withdrawals, checking if they can make amendments in the policy. I have experience with Sales, Billing, Disputes with Convergys for the account of AT&T. I was part of the collections team in Synchrony Bank wherein we handle critical cases and follow certain regulations for creditors, we did outbound calls to setup customer to make a scheduled payment for their past due amounts.
I also had the chance to work with a company which we are taking outbound calls and some Data research. And I have the privilege to work with an independent company with Credit Repair Lawyers of America I do inbound calls, drafting letters, converting file to be saved in our system and checking every small detail to be reviewed by our lawyers.
During that time, I've developed impeccable phone manners and an ability to politely deal with disgruntled customers. I’m accustomed to working on multiple task and can offer new ideas to help your company grow.
