"I’ve been working in the BPO Industry for almost 8 yrs now. First job is in KGB_Philippines as Sprint Directory Assistance. I’ve learned to improve good communication skills and being an active listener. Second, I worked as Customer Service Representative for CitiSears in Genpact Service LLC for a year. I’ve learned to show interpersonal skills, good phone etiquette, different kind of approach, being resourceful and team work. Third, I worked as a Debt Collector in the same company for Ally Financial account for another year. I truly manage to work under pressure, problem solving, I became a good and efficient problem solver, and time-management. Lastly, I worked as a Telemarketer and Telesales to some insurance agent and business owner in different cities in US, Canada and Australia. I manage to set appointments to my clients to offer their products or services. I became efficient in administrative skills, outbound phone etiquette, and efficient active listener, outgoing and energetic attitude and ability to multi-task. Aside from all those experience, knowledge and skills I’ve learned and continuously improving, I worked with integrity, focused, trustworthy, dedicated to accomplish my task in a job well done and I make sure to enjoy what I’m doing by exploring and learning new things from my new job."
