1. No purchase necessary. This contest is played on Mary Washington Healthcare Radio. One (1) prize of an extra PAL day will be awarded to an Associate.
2. The contest is open only to Associates of Mary Washington Healthcare. Executive Administrators and non-associates are not eligible to win.
3. Between July 28, 2014 and September 7, 2014, MWHC Radio will announce the "Phrase of the Week." Listeners must go to radio.mwhc.com to enter their information and that week's phrase. Listeners may register each week with a new phrase but may only enter once per week.
4. When entered, your name will be added to a drawing for a grand prize of an extra PAL day in 2014 and a $150 Visa gift card. There will also be weekly drawings to win an overnight stay and complimentary breakfast at Hyatt Place - Eagle Village/Fredericksburg (Sunday - Thursday nights only). This stay is non-transferable to other Hyatt properties.
5. Mary Washington Healthcare is required by Federal Law to tax the value of all Prizes. Tax liability for the grand prize is estimated at $150. Estimated taxes for the overnight stay at Hyatt Place is $57.
6. You must be 18 years of age or older to win. Certain other restrictions may apply.
7. The grand prize drawing will be announced on or around September 15, 2014. Weekly prizes will be announced throughout the contest - usually during associate huddles and on radio.mwhc.com.
8. Winners are responsible for all taxes and for any expenses related to their participation in the contest and the acceptance and use of a prize.
9. MWHC reserves the right to disqualify contestants who do not adhere to these rules.
