"I worked as a customer service representative in a BPO company for 4 years and then got promoted as a Quality Assurance Analyst. I specialize in customer service and technical support through phone, chat, and email. Whether it is to generate sales, provide detailed product information, processing order, refund and providing excellent customer service. I believe I am a perfect candidate for your project. I was with a Sales account when I started working in the BPO industry. We book flights, hotels and car rentals. Every successful reservation is considered as a sale. But not all customers that are calling you will make a reservation, some of them will just inquire and will tell you that they will just call you back. It is the same as you are selling a product, a customer will ask how much it is, ask you few questions and will just tell you that they are not interested. But for me as a sales representative, it is my job to convince my customer to buy the product that I am selling. I always make sure to highlight the benefit of what they are getting and what they are saving.
My skills include knowledge with tool such as CRM, Avaya Phone, soft phones, and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) I am also using google drive, google sheets and docs. I also have an experience with cold calling and appointment setting. I always make sure that all of my clients will be satisfied with my work. Timeliness and Efficiency is very important to me.
