If you decide to select your own designation, use one equivalent to those shown. Higher level designations are reserved for higher levels of clergy. And remember, Reverend is an honorific applicable to all clergy, not a designation. (This means, among other things, we will not ordain you as a Reverend, Bishop, Archbishop, Pope, High Nuncio, Ayatollah, etc. You have to start on the first rung of the ladder. )
