“. I've been in the BPO industry for more than 8 years now, but before entering the BPO industry, I was working with my sister as her project manager for her interior designing business for 2 years. I would usually be the one who would interact with her clients when my sister wasn't available and explain the details of the project that we'll be doing for them. I was also in charge of making sure that the people that we were hiring were a perfect match for the projects that we were doing.
After working with her for 2 years, I started to venture out in the BPO industry, I was lucky enough to find work there. I've been a customer support specialist, technical support, chat and email support as well. I believe I can be a perfect fit for this role because I am hard working, and I love talking to people and being able to communicate with them. I also help my mom with her real estate advertisements on facebook during my spare time.
I was a customer support specialist in my previous work for a health insurance company. I would call medical facilities in the U.S and ask where and how I can send the request for medical records for some patients that we were helping in applying for their health or disability insurance. My 8 years in the BPO industry taught me how to be resilient. It taught me how to empathize and sympathize with other people and making sure that they get the best quality of service that they could find. "
