“My experience as a CSM or "Customer Success Manager" in the marketing software company "Demandforce" was a very enriching experience for my professional career and my personal life. I learned that to provide the absolute best service for each account under my management I needed to know exactly what my client's expectations and goals were.
All of my accounts had different professional areas and businesses. Each day I spoke to salon and spa owners, dentists, veterinarians and auto-shop owners. I trained and guided them on how to get the best results from our marketing software to retain, win-back and grow their customer base. It was very fulfilling to see one of my recommendations and marketing strategies increase their customer numbers by 50 to 100 per month all the while keeping their business top of mind with their existing customers with elegant appointment reminders and promotions.
My most recent work experience was working with a real estate assistance program (American First Time Homeowner Assistance) that serviced people in the US who were interested in buying a home for the first time. My job included filtering leads obtained through an aggressive marketing strategy and online presence to qualify the thousands of applicants for the program. After verifying details like credit score, income and debt-to-income ratio I proceeded to find them a loan officer in their area to get them pre-approved for a mortgage loan.
During this time I had to maintain constant contact with my client to ensure they were sending all of the documentation required and keeping their credit score above our minimum to ensure their loan approval. After they received their approval I contacted the best realtors in their area to find their perfect home. I listened carefully to my clients needs and made it my responsibility to have their concerns heard and their needs met through and through. It was very rewarding to know my client found a home on average within a month's time thanks to my assistance and guidance.''
