"My name is Lucila Arroyo my most relevant work experience has been the administration of an office for a PDO thread company in Mission Viejo Ca. I answered and returned calls for the sales managers, checked emails for the PDO orders, provide the sales manager with the PDO inventory report. My I worked with Quickbooks making entries for PDO orders, update inventory, sales receipts and invoices, and add new clients. I made sure that the PDO orders were fulfilled correctly and that were shipped in a timely manner. I made follow up calls to sales managers to ensure that their orders were shipped. I worked closely with the Marketing Director to negotiate contracts with existing and new clients. I worked with little to no supervision.
Working for a Global Off-Price retail company in Mission Viejo Ca. Retail brought me the satisfaction to work with people and provide excellent customer service.
