I've been with the call center industry for more than 7 years, handled different accounts and lines of businesses like billing, collections, healthcare, insurance, cable, and logistics. The companies that I worked with are U.S and Australia-based companies. I also have experience, working closely with the CEO of the company when I was an Executive Assistant.
The duties and responsibilities that I did before were phone support (inbound/outbound), email management and data entry, administrative tasks, appointment setting (includes scheduling delivery and/or pickup of goods), and cold calling.
The satisfaction and happiness that I am getting whenever I am able to help our customers are priceless. Even during times when I failed to do so, it gives me the motivation to do better next time.
