    "At first, I never thought that I would enter this kind of industry (BPO) because it's not what I've studied and what I want to do in life. I pursued my course as an IT - Programmer and Multimedia artist way back 2014, I was a working student when I started the job and got it until I graduated. But even when my path as a programmer went well, I realized I liked talking to clients every day and resolving their issues. I like jobs that require me to help customers resolve their concerns and guaranty their satisfaction. That's why I decided to enter the Industry I admit that at first it was hard, but as the time passed by everything went well and I got promoted from Customer Service Representative to Quality Analyst and to Escalations. I really wanted to start from scratch purely working at home, I don't mind working my way up, because that is the most satisfying part of this industry.
    As of now I’m hoping to get hired and be a part of your company, well basically to earn and also to learn which is the most important thing. I've learned a lot in this industry and I admit that I still can learn from you. Getting this kind of opportunity is highly appreciated. I've been in this industry for a quite a while now and I wanted to stay and be successful with you.
