"My name is Angelique Camile from Quezon City, Philippines. I started working way back in 2012 after I graduate as a Technical Support Representative for a Printer account. I handled incoming calls from customers who have issues and or inquiries regarding their printers. My job was to know and understand their concern, provide the best solution, and document their account regarding their call. I also offered a printer warranty if their printers are already out of warranty, this will help the customers save money in the future in case that they encounter issues with their printers again. I even received a jacket, tumbler, and a sling bag as a reward from the company for exceeding our metrics which made me more motivated. I also work in a Telco account as a Technical Support Representative as well that covers Internet, Cable TV, and Telephone connection concerns and inquiries. I received calls from customers who are having technical issues with either their Cable TV, Internet, and or Telephone connection. Working as a Technical Support taught me how to be more understanding, compassionate, and patient. I also learned how to multitask, think outside the box, manage my time and be detail-oriented.

In 2016, I started working as an Appointment Coordinator in a BPO company in Taguig City. I handled six to seven auditor’s schedules. My job was to schedule appointments via outgoing call and or email for an in-person audit with the insured. Our goal was to make sure that our auditors will have a productive day by scheduling appointments based on their location and travel time. Being an Appointment Coordinator, I learned how to calculate the travel time from one place to another by using google maps and to schedule an appointment with minimal travel to make sure that there will be no wasted time and more completed audits. I remember receiving calls and emails from my auditors commending me for a job well done with their schedules and completed audits. Eventually, I was promoted as a Process Trainer for the same account. I handled classes and trained new hires with the process, tools navigation, call, and email handling, and proper documentation. I also submit reports to the QAs, Managers, and Clients daily, weekly, and monthly about the trainees’ progress, training plan, and challenges. As a Process Trainer, I learned how to handle different scenarios, challenges, and issues.

When the pandemic started, I decided to transfer and work in the same City where I lived which is Quezon City. I worked as a Customer Service Representative for a Telco and Healthcare account. My job was to help customers with complaints and questions, give customers information about products and services, cancel, downgrade or upgrade accounts, and assist customers with placement of orders, refunds, or returns. Overall, having experience with different designation/positions and handled different accounts made me more knowledgeable, highly skilled, confident, and dedicated."
