"Good Day! I am applying as a Customer Service Representative in your Company. Good day. I've been a call center agent as a Customer Service Representative for 5 yrs with different BPO companies. I handled telecom accounts such as Optus, Telstra, EE UK, AT&T. My daily task includes taking inbound calls, answering customer's query, explaining bill details, data entry, processing refund, making payment arrangements, retention and soft selling. It was fun and stressful at times. There are some unhappy customers I've encountered but managed to help them anyways. I enjoyed talking to customers and being able to resolve their concerns. Being appreciated by the customer for your help is satisfying.
In 2017, I decided to work at home. It was a decision that I really wanted as I need to be at home for my kids. Luckily, I was hired by a Virtual Assistance company as an Inside Sales Agent. My task includes making inbound and outbound calls, following up with prospect clients, setting and schedule appointments, and data entry and CRM management. During my Inside Sales Agent days, I was able to help exceed my client's quota for the year of most number of closed deals. I was really proud of myself when my boss thanked me for all the appointments that I've set as she mentioned that almost all of them were quality leads and they were able to sign the contract. In fact, some of the appointments were passed to her co realtors as she had her plate already full. I was not expecting that though because it was my first time to be in that position, experience-wise, I have less. What was on my mind was just to call every lead that we have and set up for an appointment. Hard work and just putting in mind that I have to make my boss happy was just what I did. I guess it paid off. I received a bonus from her. On top of that, she called my team leader to give a commendation. I left the company last March 2019.
I decided to go back and work again when this pandemic happened. I was hired at Sphere Rocket Virtual Assistants last May 2020. I worked as a Virtual assistant for a business based in Texas for IV drops. My tasks are responding to chat and emails, managing contact lists, data entry, organizing calendars and appointments, Social media management, and content creation. Working as a Virtual Assistant is new to me, especially for Social Media Management. But I was able to discover the artistic side of me. I have to have a unique idea to post. Something that would draw attention. I really enjoyed it. Brainstorming for new ideas, and being able to express me and incorporate my client's goals at the same time. I left the company last December 2020 and I am now looking for a more stable company.
Reasons why you should hire me? First, I have the work experience and gained skills that I know would be of help to whoever client I may have.
Second, I am motivated to make my clients happy and satisfied with the service that I'm giving which leads to a long-term working relationship. I am also motivated to learn additional skills that I can offer to my client. Third, I am determined to succeed. I think the best way is to have the right attitude and mindset and I believe that's what I have. Skills can be learned but your personality and how you view things and your attitude will speak a lot about you more than anything else. I hope I was able to share a glimpse of who I am by this letter. "
