"My most recent work experience is with cable service where I assisted customers on their account, bills and everything else that deals under general care service. I gained most of my confidence in this experience. I've learned to work under pressure and surprisingly even if it was hard, I was able to overcome the stress and I was enjoying the experience.
Prior to cable services, I was able to experience working for online shopping as a customer service representative. We assisted customers for their orders, returns, claims, complains and warranty. It was fun working within that environment, it's as if you're not working at all since the workload is much lighter.
Besides cable service, I was lucky to work for mobile services. It was hard at first because that was my first inbound experience. Handling customer's accounts, phone bills, subscriptions, complains helped me overcome the fear of inbound calls.
I started from cold calling to set up appointments for insurance, mortgages, roofing, chiropractic treatment, and even funeral service."
