" Hi, my name is Rachelle. I've been working as Customer Service Representative since 2008. I first started working at Sykes Asia for Capital One as an Inbound customer service representative. I answer calls from credit card holders about their account. I have also worked with JP Morgan Chase Bank as a Collections Advisor. I do outbound calls to customers who are behind with their car loans and make them a payment arrangement. I then worked with HSBC also as a Collections Advisor. I do outbound calls to customers who are behind with their credit card payments and try to get a payment arrangement from them. I also have experience in Sales when I worked in Convergys. It's an Australian Telecommunication account. We do both outbound and inbound sales.
In 2014 I decided to work from home. I was hired by Nomorerack/Choxi. It's an online shopping website in the US. I answer calls and emails from customers who have questions about their purchase. Then I worked with Globe Warehouse. It's an E-commerce account similar to Nomorerack. I also answer calls and emails from customers who have questions about their orders.
I'm very eager to accomplish all tasks given and I always make sure to have everything done in a timely manner. I am willing to learn new things and a quick learner too! I hope to work with you soon."
