This online applications requires you to upload the following documents: a 3-page personal autobiographical summary, two letters of reference, and an unofficial copy of your MSU academic transcript. DO NOT BEGIN THIS APPLICATION PROCESS UNTIL YOU ARE READY TO UPLOAD ALL OF THESE DOCUMENTS.

** Applications will be accepted January 1st (for Spring admission) and August 1st (for Fall admission). If any of these dates fall on a week-end the application would be due on the following Monday.

** No applications will be accepted after the deadline (8/1-Fall : 1/1-Spring) unless approved by the BSW Department Chair.

** The Chairperson for the BSW Admissions Committee will be responsible for processing all applications unless the BSW Department Chair designates another faculty person.

** Notification of admission decisions will begin one to two weeks after the application due date.
