“I have been working for Call Centers for almost 2 years and a half. I started working as Customer Service for Teleperformance, in the Avis & Budget campaign (Car Rental). I used to book Rentals for new customers and retain old ones. I provided them with solutions for existing issues and give them follow ups for a better experience. I worked over there for more than 6 months. Then I move to the “Sales” department, where mainly you book and reserve cars for upcoming dates. Always trying to make an upsell and be more profitable.
One of the Supervisors got an offer for a different company and he took me with him, so I started in “Call Magicians”. First as an Appointment Settler for people that may be interested in selling their houses. Basically I was doing Cold Calling and prospecting clients for a “Closer”. They give me a promotion after 6 months and I started working as a Closer or Lead Manager.
In this position my responsibility was to negotiate with the clients and close the deal. This was my last job and lasted for 1 year and a half."
