Student Activities: Transport Booking Form
Please submit the below booking form at least 5 days in advance of the first day of hire. Student Activities will then be in touch to; confirm details, request more information, or discuss any problems.
If this form is not completed, you will not be guaranteed transport, as those who have will be prioritised.
If you have any questions, need to make changes, or have submitted the form with incorrect information, please contact student.activities@brunel.ac.uk.
Please ensure you have read the Vehicles Handbook and are aware of any charges relating to your hire.

Further Information
Please check the condition of your rental vehicle at commencement of hire to ensure it agrees with the inspection report on Rental Agreement. If you disagree please inform Student Activities within one hour of the start of the hire.
It would be appreciated if you could place your booking 5 working days in advance to ensure that your requirements can be met.
If you wish to cancel the hire you must inform Student Activities 48 hours before the hire - failure to do so may result in a the hire still being charged.
Current Price List 2022 (Union vehicles - External vehicles will be higher)
