"My name is Christian Meryll Carino, and I am 28 years old. I have been a Customer Service Representative/Travel Expert to a Travel Account for five years in a BPO Company. My day-to-day task was to answer inquiry calls, make outbound calls, change flights, handle schedule changes, cancellations, and refunds.
I was promoted before to a multi-skilled agent level. And that is the reason why, handled almost all of the tasks including, email and chat support.
It was tiring, but it's all worth it because I have learned a lot, and most, especially in handling customers. I enjoyed working and talking to different people because it helps me improve my confidence, and it makes me happy every time I give results."
