"I have a total of 5 years of experience in customer service. My first customer service experience was back in 2015 the same year I graduated. I worked as an administrative assistant/customer service representative. Aside from supporting the program operations by preparing and updating documents, reports and spreadsheets I also demonstrated professionalism and courtesy with customers while working to resolve complaints, problems or respond to questions regarding our products and services. I have stayed with the company for almost 2 years.
In 2017, I landed my first contact center job as an account associate for a financial account. As an account associate, I am responsible for answering customer emails, chats and telephone calls to respond to questions, provide details and resolve concerns. I also set up, update and close customer accounts in the computer system upon requests. I have enjoyed my year and a half experience with the company.
My most recent job was as an order support agent for a furniture ecommerce company. Aside from creating, entering, confirming and tracking orders and shipments I am also responsible for answering inquiries and addressing, resolving or escalating issues to management personnel to ensure client satisfaction. I also built and maintained excellent customer relationships through timely response to inquiries and going above and beyond to accommodate unusual requests. I joined the team last November 2019 and had to leave due to the pandemic. Just this year, I have been quarantined 3 times 14 days each. As a mom of a 6-month-old baby, I am no longer willing to put my health and my family's at risk, thus I am searching for a WFH setup.
With my years of experience in the field of customer service, a stable internet, quiet working environment and strong work ethic I believe I will be an asset in your organization."
