"I have been in the BPO Industry for about 10 years now. All the skills and expertise that i have right now-i have gained it from all the hard work that i have put in in that business.
My first job was with Genpact as a collections specialist. I call customers to make sure that their payments are on time and that they get to keep their vehicle by providing programs that will help them resolve the delinquency of their account. After that i seemed to be attached to financial companies. I then worked for HSBC as a collections specialist too until they are acquired by Capital One. Stayed with Capital One as a customer service representative then worked for Ocwen Financial, a mortgage company. Then back to a bank setting with American Express and then SLK Global for Fifth Third Bank and last is with Paypal.
BPO has honed me to be an excellent Customer Service provider. I am confident with speaking to different types of Customers from different countries and with different cultures, making sure that they are heard and understood and that their needs are met in a timely manner.
I wanted to switch to a home based setting as i would like to continue my studies. I'm planning to go to an online university to get a degree as soon as I'm set at work from home setting."
