    "My skill set is broad; I have been a technical support, customer service support, and a Guest relations specialist for almost 6 years. I have a vast knowledge of Hotel Reservations, Rental Cars, Flight, Phone and Internet setup and troubleshooting and at the same time can assist with Service queries.

    I love getting things organized. My shoe rack is color-coded. I have great taste in shoes. I have a different color of Vans Slip-Ons. I am competitive. Ask anyone who’s played against me in ping pong or computer games. I like budgeting and finding ways to save on everything. If you ever bring a product that you want I can guarantee I can find it a cheaper price or at least have a coupon code.

    For all the companies that I have worked for, I have always excelled in customer satisfaction surveys. I am still sticking to the basic rules of the Customer service relationship. I am an old school type of person.

    I follow directions very well. I can work under minimal supervision.

    I am awesome to be around and try to be as positive as possible. Especially when I have coffee in the morning or in my case, during the night. No cream, extra sugar.
