OPTION A - Send a Care Package (one time)
The following guidelines must be followed by participating groups/individuals in order to be assigned a student. Please check each statement to signify your agreement.
Create or purchase a Care Package and send it to your assigned student by November 30 (fall) and March 30th (spring).
Keep the student's information confidentional
Contact the Program Coordinator or the Director of Life Development with any major issues or problems that arise in the student’s life
OPTION B - Ongoing Adoption (for groups)
The following guidelines must be followed by participating groups in order to adopt a college student for the rest of the school year. Please check each statement to signify your agreement.
Commit for one school year (August-‐May)
Assign a contact person that will keep the student's contact information confidential AND give monthly updates to the ministry coordinators by the 20th of each month (using the online update form)
Contact the student at least twice a month using the appropriate method of communication that is agreed up by the student and the group
Send the student a Care Package on a quarterly basis (February, April, September and November)
Pray for the student weekly (especially the student’s prayer requests)
Celebrate the student’s progress and achievements
Send the student a card on his/her birthday
Contact the Program Coordinator or the Director of Life Development with any major issues or problems that arise in the student’s life
